Project and contact forms
The forms may collect your name, email, company, website, industry, requested service, project description, objective, reference link, budget range, timeline, referral source, and general message. This information is used to review and respond to your inquiry.
Email delivery and operational logs
Form submissions are sent through an email delivery provider. Basic operational logs may include timestamps, delivery references, error status, and a short-lived hashed network identifier used for rate limiting. Do not submit passwords, payment-card data, or credentials.
Optional analytics
If GA4 is configured, the site records limited route and content interaction events. The implementation does not intentionally place names, emails, companies, form descriptions, budgets, or other inquiry text into analytics events.
Retention
Inquiry messages and related correspondence may be retained as needed to respond, scope work, maintain business records, resolve delivery problems, or meet applicable obligations. Retention can vary with the nature of the conversation and any resulting engagement.
